MedFlow is two clinics, six clinicians, and four reception staff. Patients still filled paper forms, and reception spent most of the morning retyping them. Average wait in the waiting room was 34 minutes. The owners wanted a calmer front desk, not a new admin hire.

Consultancy covered what could be collected before the visit and what must stay with a clinician. Intake software, starting at £500, sends the form, checks it is complete, and drops a summary into the record. Reminders go out automatically. Clinical decisions stay with the clinician.
